These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MDM Venture Pro LLC website and services. By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Role
MDM Venture Pro is a business funding consultant. We are not a direct lender and do not make lending decisions or extend credit. We connect business owners with lenders in our network and guide you through the application process. All funding decisions, rates, terms, and approvals are made solely by the lender you are matched with.
Use of Our Services
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our pre-qualification and consultation services. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. Misuse of our services, including providing false information, may result in termination of our assistance.
No Guarantee of Funding
While we work to match you with suitable lenders, we do not guarantee that you will receive funding. Approval, loan amounts, rates, and terms are determined by the lender and depend on factors outside our control.
Third-Party Lenders
We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or practices of any lender in our network. Any agreement you enter into with a lender is between you and that lender. We encourage you to review all terms carefully before signing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of MDM Venture Pro LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDM Venture Pro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, or from any funding decision made by a third-party lender.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SMS Messaging Terms
MDM FINANCIAL DBA MDM Venture Pro sends promotional and transactional messages to users who explicitly consent within the website https://mdmventure.pro chat widget. Messages may include application updates and documentation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 904-752-9941. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bizprocess@usa.com or 904-752-9941. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
